We were in the midland Logan’s today and we had horrible service. Wasn’t busy and our food came out Luke warm because our waiter was snuggling up to a waitress and visiting with other waiters. He said he would bring us rolls 3 times. My husband then asked for some and then he brought them. First time we have ever gave less then 10% tip

Never brought my wife’s salad till after her meal. Shrimp was cold. Baked potato didn’t come out with my meal and brought it out on a ridiculously small dish. The potato was the only thing that was hot on my plate. Service was okay but nothing special. Never going back to this overpriced hole. Now I know why people go to lucky’s now.

I was in there today and I gave them $ 10 bonus,gift card with some left on it & $50 gift card, she forgot to use the $10. So she was gone about 20 min, she brought roll, said here the 50 and here's 2. Thx a lot. Janette DeShano

Our server was amazing... I can’t remember her name but she did a very good job
We had about 30 people in our group last night and the service and food were excellent!!
We had an awesome time. We had a server named Robbie he was amazing. The food was great. We had the Mississippi brownie for dessert. He made it and is was so good.

Burned food, bad service. They did me a huge favor though, and took my burned dinner off from my bill after I asked them to take it away and explained I didn't want any thing else.. �. After paying for the rest of my family's horrible dinner, I went next door and ate Arby's for dinner.
The waiter was a character made us laugh great food great service!!

Ordered the Peppercorn Parmesan chicken and it was served with no sauce. Literally nothing on the “smothered chicken”
