Dinner was a disaster in Midland, MI. Ordered nachos and waited nearly a half hour for them. The server brought them out and they were made with potato chips rather than tortilla chips. Gross! She claimed the kitchen made the switch because they had run out of tortillas but no one asked us if that would be acceptable for us or gave us the option to change our order. I don't usually rate my service publicly but this was absolutely horrible. We came in with an entire soccer team. Place was nearly empty. You would think they would appreciate the business. Every single waitress had a poor attitude. I know there was a lot of us (20 plus) but one would of thought they were upset because they actually had to work. Must of wanted a lazy day Sunday. My husband and I used to be huge fans of Logans and over the last couple of years the quality has been slipping. Today will be our last visit. My husband ordered the baby back ribs and they were well done, tough, and the sauce tasted like it was primarily kethcup. My medium prime rib came well done. When the server came to check on us I told her my feelings and we were informed that the kitchen produced meat that was progressively more well done as the night went on. Enjoyed the salad I had for lunch. Fresh greens, nicely seasoned chicken and delicious balsamic dressing.
