Ashley was our server and she did a great job with what she was given. We had a party of 14 with 1 server. Orders came out wrong - fatty ribeyes that were cooked absolutely wrong!

Ordered a medium rare filet and sent it back 3 times only to take it home and finish cooking it. The service was A+ though. :-(

I made a reservation for a surprise bridal shower and was told that majority of our party had to be present before we would be seated so we had to wait. We had an awesome server very polite but the food was served cold and incorrect. I ordered wings and they were under cooked and cold. One of my guests had to send her food back twice and the other two waited on their food for at least 45 minutes after everyone else had already gotten their orders. Very unacceptable.

Service was okay but my appetizer came out cold. Fried pickles were hard as a rock, potato skins were burnt to a crisp with nothing but cheese on them and my wings cold and not cooked all the way through still had pink on the inside. Never will I be back to this location

HORRIBLE Service and tonight wasn't the 1st time...but will be the last time my hard earned money is spent at this establishment! I could write the proverbial book, but I dont have the time or the inclination at the moment. How can you expect the servers to be any good if Management sucks� #TreatOthersHowYouWantToBeTreated
