After a year of living here, I’ve got to applaud the office staff and maintenance. They respond to requests quickly and efficiently to ensure the residents stay happy. For example, my stove and another item in the apartment broke on a Sunday morning. Maintenance came to fix both the very next day! Alejandro has been such a big help for us the past two weeks. i've lived here since march of 2024 and until recently had very little issues. the apartments are clean, maintenance is impressively fast to fix issues and the ladies in the office are all nice but this place is not safe. my car was stolen from the parking lot in june 2024, and these past few months it has gotten increasingly scary. about a month ago i woke up at 1:30 AM to the sound of someone giggling my front door handle, i listened to someone attempt to enter my apartment for 5 minutes before my boyfriend opened the door... read more
After application I notified them I wouldn't be committing to their complex BEFORE signing any further paperwork and they took out a 200 dollar deposit they have yet to refund after several attempts to contact them through both email, phone call, and text message. This is a scammy apartment complex in a bad neighborhood collecting application fees and deposits without a guarantee of return like disclosed beforehand.
