Went through them when selling my condo. After reaching out to them multiple times over the course of a month to confirm when they processed the paperwork with the mortgage company, and to confirm all required documents were properly sent, they completely ignored all requests. The mortgage company stated they didn’t get the required documents until 3 weeks after they were supposed to. I never received a response from Logan Title. They were also late on getting documents to me to sign, and missed the deadline I was given.
We came by for notary services and Jonathan was extremely kind, efficient, and helpful. We’ll come back next time we need any assistance f their services! Nice office too.
