Rubicon is a very relaxed and laid back place to work. The machinists are always willing to help one another and not afraid to spread there knowledge among themselves and others. Management is always willing to help and very easygoing. It is very much like a small company where everybody gets along with everybody and everybody knows everybody. I would highly recommend coming to work for rubicon.
