Clean up the staff personalities and procedures and working with one another
Dr Henry was nice. The back office staff...... being in the health care field I am applaud by the way they speak to patients, and how Un accommodating they are for people trying to take care of their healthcare needs. We requested documentation of medications prescribed because we were having trouble, what we received was a rude phone call telling us take it up with our lawyer they sent it to him already. Last time I checked patients have the rights to their own medical records!
Dr. John Dickerson is the absolute BEST! I refuse to see any other Neurologist. He doesn’t beat around the bush with a diagnosis & won’t put a person through totally unnecessary procedures or therapy (PT, steroid & epidural shots, etc). Admittedly, the wait can be long yo be seen, but it is worth the wait!!!
