The drs.staff was very rude..uncaring, had not.1'but 2 bad experiences there...
Dr Dickerson and his assistant Diane are great Drs after multiple spine surgeries and procedures every dr he has sent me too for testing and pain management at Advanced pain Medicine are great people also they care about you and you are never rushed. The wait is usually long at Dr Dickerson office but worth it to have a Dr who spends as long as you need explaining and answering your questions.
I had a great experience with Abay Neuroscience Center and the Kansas Spine Hospital. Dr. Lothes and staff were great with me. I am glad my primary care physician referred me to Dr. Lothes. I am pain free and feeling great. I am also healing well. I am 6 months post op. I have sat in the lobby waiting too. Just get up and ask the ladies at the desk if they lost your file or do they need anymore information from you.
Absolutely worth the four hour drive. Love the staff and medical team. They are the best.
We all need to communicate a lot better together also we must not lose sight of who the patient is customer service is number one
