Went for a kidney ultrasound and all the individuals I met and dealt with were pleasant and very professional in their demeanor. The check in was quick, efficiently handled, and the wait time almost nil. My sonographer was equally professional and likeable explaining the procedure as we went. I had a choice of where to go for this procedure and chose Logan Heights for convenience and I would not hesitate to return. I have been with them since 2008. Right now I have never seen such a such inept facility. No one knows what they are doing in the front office as well as the back office. Your told to call the referral office by the office you usually get your specialized mammogram. I did that . They transfer you to womens case management. They tell you have to see your Dr in person. Mind you I was due in Aug 2021 because the previous year there was evidence of something that resembleed cancer. Thankfully no cancer. I saw my Dr in July and ... read more

just now Walked into this clinic for a dental inspection regarding an infected tooth that neeďed a root canal. Was met by an African-American dentist that gave adequate tooth advise and agreed I had a tooth infection upon his inspection. The problem is he failed to order antibiotics to stop the infection from spreading but ordered mouth rinse which does not stop the infection. People have died in the pass from tooth infections spreading to the brain and lungs untreated by antibiotics. The appointment for the filling was set ... read more
