I today's world where customer service by most companies is terrible, I would like to give 4-Stars on my recent issue. We have a brand new Limited and it had a wiring issue. the fix was done and handled by a local shop and Jason took care of everything. Very easy and awesome to work with!
We have had our Logan Coach Horsepower trailer for several months now and we love it! We primarily bought it for snowmobiling but have used it several times already over the summer to haul our full width Jeep and to camp out of. The quality of craftsmanship is impressive to say the least and we always get compliments & inquiries from people seeing it. We look forward to owning this trailer for many years to come.
I absolutely love my trailer it hauls beautifully and is well built however I recently had a horse eat the divider pads and have been calling parts and custom service for over a month to try and get a decent shipping rate and keep being told they will get back to me. I have not once been called back and still haven't been able to place the order.
I love my Logan Coach 3 Horse LQ Razor. So many incredibly nice features and a great value.
UPDATE: Logan Coach has contacted me and was very open to my feedback via email. Lyndsay was excellent and was empathetic towards my feelings and truly seemed to understand my frustrations. Logan Coach earned a better review from me for Lyndsay's customer service skills. This company does make quality products and nice trailers. I ordered trailer parts from Logan, although the site said they would fit my trailer they did not. I paid for return shipping upon instruction from one of the customer service employees.
