terrible customer service. I ordered a ramp . was told it would be done in 3 weeks. that was almost 6 weeks ago. I've called multiple times and just get the run around. They don't call back when I leave messages or even when they say they will call back.
Great customer service we had a few problems with our new living quarters trailer and they went above and beyond to make it right.
the bullseye trailer is useless it is advertised with 36-inch stalls however if you measure at the rib cage of the horse there are 27 to 29 in wide. I don't know how many horses that will fit in that trailer. when I contacted the dealer they told me I was s o l basically they tell you to measure at the hinge end of the divider and it is 36 in wide. well I'm sorry but most horses are the widest at the rib cage not at their head. dumped the trailer and went with Featherlite which is a well-made great trailer and Double J trail... read more

So excited to start hauling horses in Silver Springs Equestrian Center's new Logan Coach trailer!
solid, served me well over 14 years, never issue with repairs, actually Logan made good on some poor window casings...
Lots of malfunction issues. Tried to get resolved through warranty and of course issues not resolved. Tried to email and call with no response and now out of warranty. Horrible customer service.
