My first visit with Dr. Burgess went exceptionally well. I had never seen a doctor for pain management before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, and honestly I felt a little nervous going in. He immediately put me at ease. He took his time listening to my concerns, explaining my condition, and walking me through my treatment options in a way that felt both thorough and easy to understand. Brand new patient and this morning was my first visit and as soon as I walked into the office I felt welcomed. Everyone was so kind and friendly! I was a little nervous but my nurse and Dr Burgess were very kind as well. He was to the point but he made me feel like I was heard and I have complete faith he will get me to a somewhat painless life. Thank you all so much!!
Had a TERRIBLE experience with this ‘Dr.’ and I will not be going back! I had a Medial Branch Block done. When he placed the first injection into my back I twitched because well… nerves. When you hit them they can do that. He quite literally told me ‘The sooner you relax the sooner I can get out of here and get to lunch.’ Then continued to talk to another employee in the room about how expensive wedding venues are in Lexington. Had a appt and as i was getting in the car they called 1.5 hours before my appt and rescheluded it. And it happened again i was in the damn elevator going to my appt and got a call to cancel my appt. Hell no i dont wanna reschelude my appt 3 times this has happened. Highly reccomend going somewhere else. I drove 2 hours to get here for u to cancel my appt. Do u wanna pay my gas driving there n back wasting my time??? I work third shift so dealing with u and ur lowsy office cost me sleeping today.... 😡😡😡😡
