Friday after school: A sweet Ruane family tradition.
I placed my order for Tutti Frutti and Acid Drops right around the unfortunate flurry of hurricanes this year. It obviously caused a delay in my order, but they were diligent in keeping me updated on when my order would ship. That is a level of customer service that isn't often seen anymore. 10/10 will order again. (I also enjoy their Youtube channel)
I wish I could give zero stars. Do not order online because you will never get a response or your product. I am severely disappointed in my experience after multiple attempts to communicate with them on my order. I have yet to hear anything and it's been almost two months since placing my order.
They have vegan ice cream with toppings! So they are quite perfect lol
Just found out Lofty was open for breakfast. So glad we went because the food was delicious and the service was exceptional. Can’t wait to visit again!
We had the best time! We arrived just in time to see a batch of rose flavored candy being made. We had front row seats for lunch and a show. Greg gave the audience a peak into the kitchen of the age-old art of hard candy making. He is a good teacher to the the revolving door of novices. The sandwiches were good and made even better because of the entertainment we received. We stayed from the first pour until the final packaging. We enjoyed the food, the candy lessons, and the conversation. We will be back soon.
