I called this office today and spoke to the receptionist named Shauna. After stating my name I kindly asked if this office was taking new patients. She did not answer my question and instead asked me several personal questions about myself and why I was seeking a doctor. She put me on hold and came back on the line stating although they are taking new patients, this office will not be able to see me with the timeframe due to the pandemic. She was very rude. RecommendedAfter a bad experience with Oswego county when I was pregnant for my son I decided to go to Dr Loftus. Since then they delivered three more of my children. They are amazing. They listen to you and don’t make you feel dumb.

We were referred to originally see Dr Ryu, we had given up hope in ever being able to start a family, we went through hard times and just lost faith, when we seen Dr Ryu he restored hope in us and gave us answers no one else was able to and because of him and ALL the other doctors at this office we were blessed with our beautiful baby boy. I would highly recommend this office to anyone, we loved every doctor and staff member.
Don't ask clients to be 15 minutes early and not respect their time in return. My appointment was at 3 we arrived fifteen minutes early and still not seen by 3:40
The doctors are great. The reception staff is not. They are rude and I wait every single appointment (of which there are many throughout a pregnancy) for at least 20 mins to up to 40 in the waiting room. It's 2pm as I write this in the waiting room and my routine 37week check-in appointment was scheduled for 130.
