WARNING THIS DENTIST OFFICE DOES NOT OBSERVE PUBLIC HEALTH GUIDELINES DURING THE COVID-19 GLOBAL PANDEMIC. I've been having issues with a tooth. I made a first time appointment with this dentist a month ago. I was understanding about all of the dentists who had long waiting lists, but decided to go with Loftus because of the friendly phone call and a recommendation from a friend. I've been patiently waiting for my appointment as i have several teeth that are throbbing and need fixed, and i get a call from office cancelling my appointment cause someone else has emergency, and reschedule me for a whole month away!! very unprofessional, I'm so upset!! Awful to do this to a patient, oh, but they cant reschedule someone else for me! they cancelled me same day as appointment, but they expect 24 hours for us to cancel!!
RecommendedI have a beautiful smile thanks to them. I don't try to hide my teeth anymore when I smile.
My children had a wonderful experience yesterday at the office with Mo! My son who was very afraid going into the office left feeling empowered. Thanks Mo!
I would not recommend going to Loftus "family" Dental unless you do not have children. I went in for a scheduled appointment for my daughter and we arrived 5 minutes before. The doors were locked due to everyone being on lunch so my kids were playing in the grass outside and they went to play in the bushes/trees on the side of the building where apparently they decided that they had to go potty so they went in the bushes (they have been raised on a farm and going potty in the bushes is generally better than going in your pan... read more
Great Dentistry, Wonderful people! I'm very impressed w/ Dr. Johnson. I've seen a number of Dentist's and and Dentist Offices thru the years, and these folks are 2nd to none! Have had very professional, courteous, kind, care. Have worked with us to make it affordable as well. Great staff! I would highly recommend them.
Dr. Johnson and his staff were awesome! I broke a tooth and hadn't expected to be able to get in to have it fixed right away. The day after it broke, and I have a temporary crown.
Friendly and professional.
Very much appreciate the thoroughness and thoughtfulness of this dentist and his great team!
