Pretty nice apartment, good value, landlord responsive to building issues but completely negligent of individual issues. Note that "Monarch Lofts" (or "Monarch on the Merrimack") rebranded itself as "The Riverwalk Lofts" in 2016. The physical apartment: Beautiful high ceilings and brick, but poor sound / thermal insulation (expect to pay at least $200/mo in winter).
