I had the unfortunate experience of moving into this apartment building, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. The staff is incredibly unprofessional and completely unresponsive. During the move-in process, I was subjected to their incompetency firsthand—one of the staff members actually cried and harassed me non stop because they couldn’t manage the simple logistics of my move-in. Logan Lofts was the best home we ever knew in Philly. The lofts are gorgeous with lots of light coming in through the large windows. People at the reception are warm, kind, and friendly. Beautiful persons. Maintenance was rapid and mostly effective -we used to have recurrent issues with one of our sinks but, I believe it was because of the old pipes. Great experience living here.
