We've lived here for almost 3 weeks and I absolutely love it! We've had a couple issues with our apartment and they were so fast to come in and fix it for us!
The staff were very professional and friendly. If I had a concern, they always addressed it in a timely manner, and I always felt like they listened. I love Emory, Jessica, Roxanne, and all of the staff I have ever come in contact with, the maintenance staff is always very friendly and professional as well. I enjoyed every day at the Lofts. I had lived in three apartment complexes before this. I love the sound isolation, the office staff were great, the gym is small but his well set up with all the equipment I needed to get a great workout. What I liked most about it were the people in the complex. Really friendly. I made a lot of friends in the nine months I was there. They where good at first when we moved in. And things quickly changed to nothing working in our brand new apartment, and making excuses of why it was working when we moved in. We where also not told that we where paying for garbage, and water utilities which I have NEVER paid for at an apartment when I moved in. Would of been nice to know that before we moved in. WAY to expensive for a one bedroom apartment with no storage, so glad we moved out when we did!
Love it here! Today I came home to a thank you card from Jessica. I thought it was such a thoughtful thing of her. Made me smile. Plus the units are high end and very nice!!
Seriously I loved our time here! The staff was great: Emory, Roxsan, Jessica and Joel helped us out so much. It's super hard to find an apartment place that's clean and has 2 sinks for the master, look no further. This was our first apartment and you always here horror stories, but I have nothing but positive stuff to say! Thanks for everything!
Beautiful views, huge tubs the only down fall is the closets!
Way nice place but they don't take in any big animals and some small ..
