What a great place to live! The Gym is Awesome! Grounds are kept very clean, And the apartments are..dare I say Swanky.
I’ve lived at the lofts for 8 months now, and I can say I’ve been impressed! Of the few minor issues I’ve ran across, the management staff have quickly addressed, in a very professional manner. For then price, it is the best value you’ll find in the valley!
I love living at the lofts at 7800. Anytime I have a maintenance issue, I submit a request thru the app and it’s always taken care off within 24 hrs. Friendly staff and nice gym. You can even pay rent online. Hopefully they allow Amex CC rent payments soon.
My Hubby and I have lived at The Lofts for over a year now and just signed a new year lease. I can say by far they are the best apartments we have ever lived at. The pool during the summer is amazing! They are very quick to respond to any issue that may come up which is super high on my list of needs. The property is very clean and I love that we have a designated covered parking spot and storage on site.
*SECOND UPDATE and new rating* Since the smoking issue was resolved, things have been much better. I still greatly enjoy living here and enjoy all the perks, the river, and all the other dog owners are so nice. I still miss the fun that Emery and Arie brought as managers. As with ANY complex, you get a few loud younger folks or loud people, but in general it is a very quiet complex (some buildings more than others, I'm in a quiet one now).
