Have lived here for two years now. It is a decent place to live for DC. However, the biggest problem is the attitude of certain residents. Specifically, the owners of unit #121. If you live near them, you are out of luck. They complain about everything, watch everything you do, and target renters. Anytime someone is standing outside of the complex on the street, they will come out, cross their arms, and stare you down as if you don't belong.
