New management might be trying to fix the place up extra slowly but with no attempts at fixing the gate or hiring security, it definitely doesn't feel safe to live here.

If we could leave zero stars we would. Supposedly it’s under new management but whoever is in the front office is rude and impatient, they never answer the phone and are hardly there. Our mail box was broken, it took the 2-3 months to get it fixed. They say pest control will come every week, doesn’t happen, our packages get stolen, the water doesn’t get very hot and more than half the units are boarded up. It’s cheap rent but not worth all the issues.
Lived here for a time and in that time I was left with a gaping hoke in my ceiling for WEEKS. Water out for WEEKS, booming music and noise from neighbors horrible horrible place to live
