Do NOT move into Lofton Place Apartments!! The “stand in” manager Shuntia “Tia” Richardson is the most vile and disgusting managers i’ve ever met. Inside and out just hateful and doesn’t care about tenets once you sing a lease. The assistant manager Deana is the exact same! I moved out in March, I was supposed to get my deposit back in 30 days. Here it is July no deposit, I been called they been playing. Nobody has contacted me, nobody answers the phone. DO NOT MOVE HERE, they lie cheat and steal. They all play victim like they have nothing to do with it when you bring it up.. contact a lawyer, this apartment complex is so bad there are several cases pending. Do not rent here.!
I finally feel I can write a review as I won't be renewing my lease this year. I've been living here for over 3 years and my experiences have been more bad than good. Amount of homeless individuals that have destroyed vacant apartments is astounding and the amount of vacancy here is more than actual tenants. The management team has changed over multiple times and the staff they do get are either not empathetic or get run into the ground with no support from above as well as pissed off tenants.
