What a great place to call home.
Absolutely terrible place. The apartments are fine but management will try to charge you for everything you are not responsible for. Make sure you keep track of all your records and try to record conversations with them as much a possible because you will get ripped off. A lot of of shady behavior and management is a mess. I lived there two years and the management got switched around 2-3 times and in the process losing everything. They are constantly making mistakes with rent, records, paperwork, appointments, and everythin... read more
Loftin Place is a wonderful place to live. The customer service is top drawer from the community manager, leasing professionals, and maintenance staff. The are responsive and always ask for feedback. Or more than a place to live. It is a community I appreciate all the events and amenities that are deployed on a monthly basis. Thank you for making me feel so at home.
Nice place great ppl staff. Are wounderful. Amazing view great walking distance to cityplace.most off all dog friendly.clematis is wear it is food is awsome..
This is a very nice community, the leasing office is very helpful an professional never have an issue. It’s pet friendly, Close to City Place. Great amenities My favorite is the Gym I can spend hours in there.
The pool is a high-end tropical garden absolutely amazing also there is a roof top tennis court the gym has everything you will need as well as weekly classes. Also there is a very nice coffee machine that is you get your choice of espresso, latte or cappuccino the staff actually cares and is really great to deal with location is perfect right next to downtown on the water close to everything.
