RecommendedAll my neighbors have been super sweet and friendly. The community is always clean. I love that there is assigned parking, no need to worry about which spot is available. I really like this community.

The security is horrendous, break-ins and theft happen constantly and management takes no responsibility or makes any improvements. They charge a fortune in rent but you'd be better off living in the ghetto.
I have been a resident of Loftin Place for just over one year and excited to extend my lease! Great location, clean facilities, awesome amenities and a friendly Staff. Sunni, John and Tom are always pleasant and helpfully. Some of my favorite amenities are the free fitness classes, roof-top tennis court, and the pool/grill area. The management team cares about creating a community atmosphere by putting on events and organizing fitness classes for residents.
So far it has been a great place to live. Only been here fir about 2 months.
Awesome location and nice complex in West Palm. I was just visiting recently, but loved the facility, nice staff, and the free fitness classes. Definitely recommend checking it out if you're looking for a new place in the area!
I mean what is there to say.. this place is AMAZING!!! Facility is clean and well kept. The staff, from the maintenance to the front desk are all great people. The location is prime, everything is walking distance. The amenities are incredible.. great pool, great rooftop deck, great fitness room. Free Fitness classes for the residence. So glad I made the choice to move here, defiantly will be extending my lease!!!

We’ve lived here for a few months now and absolutely love it!! Management is friendly, facilities are very clean and well maintained. We love living here, it feels like home.
