I paid for my niece's hair to be colored. For senior pictures. Never have I ever been so disappointed. Customer and service wise. They told us 11am. They said she was scheduled 11:45am. tosha is amazing, been doing my hair for years and never disappointed! for example these pictures are a color correction from hell! the reddish brown is the beginning, the blonde is final results.
This salon is beautiful! Tosha saved my life by getting rid of the red hair I’ve had for 3 years and gave me a look I’m in love with! The ashy colors blend in perfectly with each other and I can’t stop bragging 😊
My daughter had an 11 AM appointment I got three texts over the couple of days saying 11 AM. We get there and she tells us that we are super early and picture text us 1145am,so missed an hour of work.My daughter showed Tosha the photo twice of balayage and I specifically said no blonde.
