The staff is warm and welcoming. We have enjoyed many encounters with all of the Lodi Valley Dental staff and it has always been a pleasant experience.
Excellent care and service.
I'm a new patient, very happy with everything, the office is very modern, staff is friendly and efficient and Dr. Crane took plenty of time going over my records and explaining what might need to be done in the future. Haven't had to schedule anything urgent but I know my husband has been happy with that aspect.
Lodi Valley Dental is very convenient for me, it is close to work and home. Everyone is always very friendly and courteous. They see the importance of how valuable your time is and show it by how very efficient are during a visit.
The staff is courteous and knowledgeable.
After being under Dr. Sorensen' care for years, the drop off to what his replacement Dr. Dow showed me - a lack of compassion, understanding and care - is precipitous. I may return to have some work done because they know me better than any new dentist would, but he will not have me for a patient. I have a feeling that many of his first-time patients won't be back. It's a shame because the rest of the staff is tremendous...I hope that Dr. Crane can can take up the slack for what Dr. Dow creates. Dr. Sorensens patients deserv... read more
