With being a first time client. Everyone made me feel at ease. They were professional with explaining everything they were doing.
I had a very pleasant experience with Lodi Valley Dental. I had been with First Choice for 20 plus yrs and was hesitant to change. I am happy that I did. Staff was friendly and helpful and my hygienist was knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Steven Dows took the time to explain the procedure and listen to any concerns I had. Very Professional!
Your new office is beautiful and very well decorated. I love the new patients room's they are comfortable and very large. The office staff is always very nice and always helpful. When I get my teeth cleaned I actually enjoy it now, they do a really great job and are fun to be around. Your dentists are always informative and very gentle when doing their procedures and I appreciate that from them..Best of all is I actually enjoy coming to the Lodi Valley dentist office.
