Wait time was 45 min. I was txt a reminder just before appointment time, should txt wait time We recommended you to my brother in law but his bridge took way to long to install
I recommend lodi valley dental every chance I get. Dr. Crane does an amazing job. I am one who fears the dentist and he has always made me feel comfortable. He takes the time to explain procedures! He is easy to talk to and makes you feel relaxed at the dentist. Even more affordable than other offices as well.

I was very comfort. I have a problem with Dentists and I was made very comfortable from the time I arrived to the time I left. Now days it is faster and more confidential to be online. I can get in touch with you or leave a message if I need to. Everyone is on-line that wants to keep up with business and keep up with the times.
Wonderful staff and the service is always top notch! Technicians do an amazing job cleaning my teeth or when in need additional work. Dr. Crane is professional and did a great job taking me through the whole teeth straightening steps and beyond.
Great experience staff is friendly love the small town atmosphere I feel like I'm not just a number in a file!

I like the people, they are pleasant. However, I hate the environment. It is noisy, uncomfortable, crowded, I feel claustrophobic when in the office. Also, I see names w/HIPAA information on it on counters and open for people to see, its unnerving to know my information is sitting out. And I had a cleaning scheduled and had to cancel due to a Gallbladder urgent surgery, I tried to reschedule, the receptionist said they would not reschedule until one year later, that was their policy, I said, "what"?
