I hurried to get to my apt on time and had to wait about 15 minutes to get called in. I received many texts for my appointment. Perhaps if staff is running behind text a quick message to customer.
The staff is extremely friendly and professional. They make you feel so comfortable. They are very accommodating when it comes to scheduling appointments.
100% happy with Lodi Valley Dental...they worked me in for emergency appt and still didn't wait over 10 minutes. The staff are very friendly and helpful and Dr Crane is awesome! Love the new building!

I've been going to Lodi Valley Dental since @ 1981, and have no plans to change that. Even though I've lived in Rock County (and currently Dane County) since high school, I've never had any thoughts about changing to a different dental provider. My kids have never been to any other provider yet either - that may change, only because my oldest daughter is now living about 10 hours from Lodi, but for the last several years she has still been able to get in for routine checkups while home on semester breaks and such.

Dr. Crane is simultaneously friendly and business-like, and always maintains a positive attitude. I was impressed with him when I first worked with him last year. The assistants in the office are friendly and helpful. I also liked the new office. Very spacious and clean.
Beautiful new facility and super nice staff! Tricia is awesome!
