Lodi Dental is the best place to have your teeth taken care of.
Everyone from the person who took my appointment,to the dentist and assistant and to the woman who took my payment were friendly, welcoming and proficient. I am a new patient and I am so very impressed with the facility and all of the staff members that I had the pleasure of coming in contact with.
The staff are so friendly and the hygienist is so gentle. Dr. Crane is awesome!! So personable and just a genuine guy.
Suggest providing a first visit explanation of what a new patient can expect prior to showing up on the first visit for what is an expected cleaning/check. Could have offered to complete paperwork, get xrays or other (prior) patient data ahead of time... unfortunately made a poor first impression, especially not knowing the cost of an office visit/exam..
When I visit Lodi Valley Dental, I feel like I'm visiting family. The conversation is always relaxed.
