Everyone is very thoughtful, caring and professional. Yet down to earth people that gives a patient a relaxed atmosphere to have their dental work preformed.
I would like to suggest that patients be greeted by name after being called for their appointment. "Good morning, Dan. I'm ( whoever) and it's nice meet you ( or to see you again)." It shouldn't take very long to check a patient's chart to see if they've met before.
I always like the people, they are so friendly. The new building is fantastic, you do need a coat rack out in the waiting room. Otherwise it is always a very pleasant experience.

The new clinic is beautiful. I especially liked the massage chairs! It was also my 3 year old daughter's first visit and we left with her begging to stay. She had so much fun I couldn't believe it. All of the folks who work at Lodi Family Dental are beyond compare. My family and I enjoy going to the dentist again.
