To whom it may concern,I write this letter in disgust about how I was treated at Lodi Toyota CA. Im fighting cancer and am looking for a bigger truck than the Tacoma for our camper so we can spend time camping this summer. Stop taking deposits if you are going to sell the car without informing people who put it down. Shame. Unprofessional. Scammy dealership, they'll take your money, but still sell the car away to someone else if you not around. Waste of time. Spent nearly 8 hours there and promised me a car only to s**** me over. Do not give this place your business.Â
Bait and Switch. False Advertisement. I scheduled an appointment to see a car that this dealership verified by phone and by text that the car was still available for sale. The sales person also texted me part of the Carfax report when I requested it. When I arrived, they told me they sold the car a week ago and tried selling me a different model and different car. Buyer Beware.Â
