To whom it may concern,I write this letter in disgust about how I was treated at Lodi Toyota CA. Im fighting cancer and am looking for a bigger truck than the Tacoma for our camper so we can spend time camping this summer. Stop taking deposits if you are going to sell the car without informing people who put it down. Shame. Unprofessional. Scammy dealership, they'll take your money, but still sell the car away to someone else if you not around. Waste of time. Spent nearly 8 hours there and promised me a car only to s**** me over. Do not give this place your business.

Bait and Switch. False Advertisement. I scheduled an appointment to see a car that this dealership verified by phone and by text that the car was still available for sale. The sales person also texted me part of the Carfax report when I requested it. When I arrived, they told me they sold the car a week ago and tried selling me a different model and different car. Buyer Beware.

BEWARE! They try and charge an extra $2000 on new cars for their "artic blast" service. I walked over to the service department and they charge $160 for the same service. They also are trying to charge$1500 for their "Pro package" which is nitrogen in the tires, stickers on the edges of the doors and a lifetime battery warranty. And the best part was the extra $8000 for "fair market value"$11,500 in markups on a $27,000 vehicle

On the evening of 10/21, I saw a car that interested me on this dealership's website (08 4WD 4Runner, if you know anything about these there is crazy demand at the moment). First thing in the morning of 10/22, I called the dealership and spoke to a salesperson who told me that the car was still available however there are several folks coming to look at it today and that if I wanted it I should get here ASAP. I purchased a car under the Lithia ********** in ********. During the whole ordeal the dealership was sold. I have been riding around with expired tags since March. I reached out and was ignored, due to my health issues and the ********, lets just say my money was accepted but everything else was due to the ********.
