No customer service. Unexpectedly policy about deposit and showing property. Asked for first month rent, non refundable before allowing a viewing of the property.
DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL PUSH YOU TO PAY FOR YOUR DEPOSIT EVEN BEFORE YOU CAN SEE THE PROPERTY. Davina is the property manager and they are aggressive. Stay away!
A lady named Davina is totally rude and not helpful will not return
Talking about unethical and discrimination, we find it all here! Even Latinas hating latinas. This teamwork, which should be “Gang” instead, use their office power to pick and choose who to treat with respect and in a business manner. LPM has that reputation for years but now is worst! Definitely calling higher levels to voice it out. Please represent your community as a business entity and not a gang!
I don't think I would like to rent from this place. I called in just a few minutes ago, today, in regards to questions on my rental application. The email wasn't very clear & I just wanted to ask how the new $250 holding deposit policy was supposed to be handled - there are no links for this, must be dropped off via check & by appointment only.
