I don't think I would like to rent from this place. I called in just a few minutes ago, today, in regards to questions on my rental application. The email wasn't very clear & I just wanted to ask how the new $250 holding deposit policy was supposed to be handled - there are no links for this, must be dropped off via check & by appointment only. While I understand the high demand for rental units, I regret having to share a negative experience. After submitting my application online, a minor human error occurred requiring additional steps. Unfortunately, I was not informed of this issue until after 6 PM and was then given less than 24 business hours to resolve it before my application was terminated. It’s so unfair that I have to leave a star. They should be in the negatives. First of all They are super unorganized quick to take deposits but wont reach back out to you right away . They go through a third party for the background and application process, Kelly who refused to give her last name and position was very rude and disrespectful.
