A lady named Davina is totally rude and not helpful will not return
Talking about unethical and discrimination, we find it all here! Even Latinas hating latinas. This teamwork, which should be “Gang” instead, use their office power to pick and choose who to treat with respect and in a business manner. LPM has that reputation for years but now is worst! Definitely calling higher levels to voice it out. Please represent your community as a business entity and not a gang!
I don't think I would like to rent from this place. I called in just a few minutes ago, today, in regards to questions on my rental application. The email wasn't very clear & I just wanted to ask how the new $250 holding deposit policy was supposed to be handled - there are no links for this, must be dropped off via check & by appointment only. While I understand the high demand for rental units, I regret having to share a negative experience. After submitting my application online, a minor human error occurred requiring additional steps. Unfortunately, I was not informed of this issue until after 6 PM and was then given less than 24 business hours to resolve it before my application was terminated.
