0 complaints about this place. My dr was grumpy sometimes, but she was a good doctor and it was a good doctor's office. The wait for an appointment could be long though. I wouldn't say that it isn't worth it though.
I have been going here since 2022 and have no complaints I always get reminder for appts the staff is always professional and the Doctor I see Dr. Ana Soares has been abundantly helpful. Mental health is extremely important i recommend this location to anyone that needs help like I do.
This place is absolutely terrible!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would in a heartbeat. DO NOT GO HERE!!! My man, who is a veteran, has been seen here for NINE YEARS and Dr Rizvi hasn't helped him not one bit! The staff is clueless and unhelpful. They're rude and you are just a number to them all including the "doctor". I am helping him switch to somewhere else asap because this place has made his mental health WORSE to the point of him saying he doesn't want to be here anymore!!!! They LOST MY FILE!!! THREE separate times! I even showed them my prescriptions/refills from their psychiatrist Dr. Rizvi from their office. This is a regular occurrence in this office & why therapists LEAVE CONSTANTLY! They don’t care about anyone!
