I was a tenet with Lodge Properties for a little over 5 years. As with any house, problems do arise, but my property manager, Rene, was always quick to respond to any maintenance requests or issues that I had. Rene’s communication was prompt and professional, she even made sure to instruct the maintenance guy to be as quiet as possible when my dog was in the house recovering from a surgery. Rene and the team at Lodge Properties made our experience in our Furnished Rental in Fort Worth so enjoyable! The communication was amazing, and any issues or questions we had were addressed so quickly. We also really enjoyed having an easy payment method via their portal. Highly recommend staying in one of Lodge Properties beautiful rentals!
This is the best landlord and leasing company ever!!!! I had very few issues and when I did, Rene would handle it like a PRO. Very nice and considerate people to work with. If I ever need a place to stay in the DFW area again, I am calling !!!!
I’ve been renting with Lodge Properties for about 8 years now and the experience and memories has been great! The property manager Rene Sanders is so kind an a hard working person and super helpful when you need her and is always on time when anything goes wrong with the properties an very patient. Would definitely recommend renting from Lodge Properties.
The property mngr Rene Sanders is always so pleasant and professional! Not to mention the service she provides comes with unlimited smiles. It’s rare that I need anything fixed but when I do she never makes me feel like a bother and it always gets done in a timely manner.
