This place is great. I not feel like I'm in the city, I love the wood-like feel to the grounds and the apartment and staff are great.
Very nice apartment. It is clean, new, and friendly. Maintenance is very fast and goodbye fixing issues. No bugs on the third floor. Lots of storage space. There have been a few issues with car burglary but they have set up new security cameras by the gate and made it harder to get in the gates. Some issue with residents not picking up dog poop. But the pool is wonderful and always warm.
This place is awesome. . I own Curbside Sliderz Katy and this place has welcomed my truck with open arms!! We will continue to come bring Houston's #1 Sliderz to yor property!

I came to the Lodge at spring shadows for the the 2nd time from India. The community is very green. It is a best community you can find in this area and I assure, you will experience a comfortable, secured and good staying here. Services providing by office staff and maintenance staff are superb. Suggestion: kindly arrange play area for the kids.
I have been living in the Lodge at spring shadows for the last 3 years. The community is very green and welcoming and feels like a vacation destination with the long pine trees. Many things I like about L@SS are the leasing office staff who are always very warm and helpful, the very prompt and friendly maintenance staff, the club house suitable for parties ( we have already booked it thrice for various parties), the pool and places to walk. Staff members are friendly, neighbors are friendly, apartment complex is well kept and clean. I'm glad me and my girlfriend decided to move in here. Absolutely loving it here!
Seems like a great place to live. Just recently leased an apartment and look forward to living there.
