Hated it here. Management only cared for people who were paying higher rent. On move out was told NOT TO FIX ANYTHING still took my deposit. My apartment was probably the oldest was told from other tenants not much was fixed or changed from it . I would get blamed for wear and tear after being there 5+ years. I was a resident at The Lodge at Porter Ranch for more than 10 years. I can honestly say that this place will be terribly missed. Awesome location walking distance to Granada Villlage, market and much more. Most importantly Siraj the property/leasing manager will be missed. We've had numerous managers come and go but none compare to Siraj. We've had such a positive experience with Siraj from the beginning always responsive, professional and genuinely cares about his residents. The gate is broken at least once a month, action on maintenance requests are taken weeks later or sometimes not at all, there are frequent water shut downs, and laundry machines are always dirty or broken. There is nothing luxury about this place but the price point matches that of a luxury apartment complex. I wish this place was taken care of properly.
I moved into this community in April and have had a great experience so far. Even though it's a large property, it's extremely well maintained and always clean. The location is fantastic, with plenty of shopping and other conveniences within walking distance. As a dog owner, I also appreciate the doggy stations with waste bags and trash cans throughout the property. Place is great. I work during day time so I'm not sure about the noise level. There are some people who can be loud but it's usually during weekends that they let their kids run in the upstairs hallways. Other than so... place is quiet Neighbors don't bother you. It's a pet friendly complex.
