Erin and Roxie have built such a beautiful space and community to join into. I signed up for prenatal yoga and found a group of new-to-be mums going through the same uncertainties and changes and excitement; it quickly became an anchor for my week. After our daughter was born, we did two sessions (or was it three?) of postpartum yoga, and again it was a place I could find myself being just as I was, held, and understood. It has been an important part of my postpartum journey. I FULLY recommend Roxie and Erin :)

Roxie was absolutely amazing! Made me feel calm and at ease from the very beginning. The classes are a perfect mixture of learning and movement all the while bonding and making connections. I highly recommend the prenatal yoga classes.

I can’t speak highly enough about Roxie and her wonderful Mom and Babe yoga classes! From the first session, I knew I was in the right place. Roxie has created a truly supportive and fun environment for both moms and babies and it was one of the highlights of my week. The classes are the perfect blend of gentle movement, bonding time with your baby, and self-care for moms. Having Erin’s caring nature and support before, during and after the birth of our son was irreplaceable. We ended up with a long unplanned induction resulting in many days of on and off contractions. Erin was there consistently whenever we needed her, providing hands on pain relief as well as suggestions to help move labor along.
