great location, great staff I have lived here for a little over a year now. The location is great. We are close to Rittenhouse and can walk to many of the great shops and restaurants. We are also located at the beginning of the Schuylkill River trail which continues along the river for 20 + miles and is great for jogging and bicycling. My husband is a student at Penn and is able to walk/bike to school. It also just a few blocks from 76 which makes my commute easy! The staff are friendly and the building is safe and clean.
