at your own risk..... – One pair PRPS denims, one pair Levi's. Both rigid / raw. Specific requests - dry cleaned, no crease please...... .......One week later, two shrunken pairs of jeans. When I asked the trying-not-to-laugh assistant, she told me to come back and speak to manager. Went back, and spoke to the owner, Jeannie Low. If they ruin your clothes, it's your problem. – I was reminded of this after I brought in a $200 white shirt for tailoring. Upon return, there was a large black outline of the maker's tag just below the collar on the outside, which proved to be indelible after taking it to a trusted dry cleaner. When I brought it to the attention of a Locust Cleaners clerk, I was told, without aplogogy, that this wasn't their fault. This kind of business ethic should not be tolerated, and I, for one, will never go back.
