Locos needs to check on a young guy at the front. This guy is very rude and for the first time, I received the worst customer service in my lifetime. He told me because I did not purchase a $5 warranty he will not give me a credit to purchase something else. In his words. he said, " I don't care if your $65 go down the toilet or drain because you didn't buy the warranty." I have made lots of purchases at Locos which he knows and even mentioned it.
