Beyond rude. LEANNE Seranos got snappy on the phone when I was asking questions like I was wasting her time then when I asked for her and her supervisors name she hung up on me. Great customer service. Me or non of my family or friends will be shopping here!

Don’t deal with with this place the manager she does not know how to deal with people in general. Got charged for warranties I did not want and when asked about it said she couldn’t do anything about it on body parts
