Customer satisfaction is a joke .. made plans to meet the owner to buy a car he had on his lot for sale, I texted him when I left to let him know I was in my way I have a 6 hour drive texted him every two hours letting him know how far out and away I was , never got a reply I pull into his car lot (which by the way in basically in a dead end street in a field that hasn’t been maintained in years ) and as I’m driving in after a 6 hour drive I see him hand the keys to car I was going to buy to somebody else.
