I had family come into town for a month and they stayed in one of the cottages. They enjoyed their stay so much that they have booked again. The location is amazing, the grounds are beautifully maintained, and the cottages are immaculate. We look forward to the next stay.
We have been coming to Key West for years and this has been one of the top properties we have stayed at! Centrally located close to the middle of Duval and walking distance to everything Old Town. It was great to be less than 1 block from the Duval Loop Bus. The hosts were amazing and responsive, and perfect size for our family of 5, clean and comfortable. Will be staying on our next visit!
Nestled in the heart of Old Town is this private compound of three cottages around a well-maintained pool. The venue is central – steps from Duval and yet quiet and peaceful. We’ve been coming here for over ten years, loving the serenity, the atmosphere and the proximity to all things Key West – no vehicle needed - although there is some parking space. For the second year in a row we are enjoying a 2-month stay in one of the charming Loco Court Cottages. The hosts, Angela and Richard, are very responsive to any questions or concerns you may have and go the extra mile to make sure that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The cottages are completely furnished, including kitchen utensils and applicances, extra towels and linens, and private outdoor sitting areas. Each cottage has its own gas grill, washer and dryer. My husband and I absolutely LOVE Loco Court Cottages! Hidden in the heart of Key West, tucked away in a little alley you’ll find in these peaceful and quaint cottages, that share a nice little pool, & beautiful landscaping! A short walk to the hustle and bustle of busy Duval St to enjoy a nice dinner, drinks & live music! The ever so popular Better than Sex dessert restaurant is just a min walk down the street!
