Wash girl ripped my locs out then I was told I had to pay to fix them. Let the owner know of my concerns before my next appointment and she canceled my appointment told me I was lying mind you this was after she asked me did the wash girl do it or did I bring them in. They literally yanked my locs apart causing locs to b ripped from my head

I went to this salon for small two-strand twist, and it was a complete disaster. The stylist put in very little effort, my twists came out terrible and uneven. I also asked for a trim, but she ended up chopping off a huge amount of my hair with no kind of shape or uniform cut. A major red flag that I ignored at first was that they have you facing a window instead of a mirror, so you can’t even see what’s being done to your hair. I did not have such a good experience with them today I was supposed to get my hair done at 1:00, I called and told them I was going to be like 2 minutes late, My stylist had a client before me that she wasn't finished with she said she got a little bit behind and coloring her hair and she wouldn't be able to get to me to an hour or more later.
