went yesterday -- it was great and alot of information about lockport and the locks. go you will love it. everyone was great. very helpful and nice.
Excellent tour. Friendly staff
We went on a field trip here and I have to say the tour itself was wonderful. However, A couple of the staff members were extremely rude. The trip was extremely unorganized. They complained about all the parents that went with their children on the trip which as parents we paid to go with them. We were then told we were not allowed to sit with our children and they split us up. It was hot and the kids were put on top deck where they were over heating and wanted to come down to shade and they would not allow them. It would ha... read more

Fantastic experience!
It was as really fun as well as informative about the locks and the history of them.
We did not get to take a cruise today but the women that work in the gift shop were so pleasant and helpful in our journey today. They were extremely knowledgeable in the area and gave us some great advice on places to visit nearby. Thank you very much ladies.
Had a lot of fun here. I would recommend this place! Halloween is always a blast too.
