We have had just one appt. and are looking forward to going back again. But they said they would call and never did - so I called several times because my husband asked me to - he is the patient. The staff is bad at communicating, and when I told her my insurance changed from the time we had been there, she was all concerned about that, a lot more so than trying to get things to where my husband can get back in to fix his pain issue.
