Had to change our vision care due to change in insurance and so glad we found Vision Source-Lockhart! Loved the Saturday appointments, convince and Dr. Ramos and the staff were nice and friendly! Oh and not to mention the quick turn around for my son's contacts to come in. Way sooner than expected!
I would highly recommend Vision Source for eye care needs. The doctors and staff are very polite and professional. If an issue arises, they are determined to get it resolved to the customer's satisfaction. Also a shout out to the Kyle office. I had to go there on one occasion and they were excellent as well.
My whole family is now part of Lockhart Vision Source. Thank you for your amazing service and always having a smile on your face. 4th time around going inside that office and I saw 2 different workers, but they all Act The same way. Great place for all your vision care needs and they give back to the community!
If I had read these reviews beforehand, I probably wouldn't have gone to this office. However, when arriving, the staff was friendly to me and my service was quick. The doctor was also very professional and was patient when administering the eye exam. When selecting my frames, I was pleased with the selection. The reason why I'm giving this place 3/5 stars is the obnoxious wait time for my glasses to be ready. Having to wait 7-10 Business days is not cool.
