Hire a receptionist to do more than talk to her friends and use vulgar language with patients in the room. One that has a clue what their job is.
The administration lady lack with assisting me up front.. had difficulty with communication involving my insurance .. decided to let my mother talk to the lady up front and once they got off the phone she was talking badly about the conversation she had with my mother right in front of me ! very unprofessional ! made me feel very upset! I will no longer be attending vision source in Lockhart.
bad customer service..then asked for a manager to call back and they didn't even know the name of customer SMH and talked about customer with other employees
