bad customer service..then asked for a manager to call back and they didn't even know the name of customer SMH and talked about customer with other employees

Friendly staff. Lovely decor. Flow is good. Not super busy so you get that individual attention. Best eye experience I ever had !!
Convenient hours for appointments. Dr. Ramos is always kind, helpful and professional. Receptionist is service oriented and friendly.
I love my overall experience when I go there. They tell exactly how much it will be.
Not worth the hassle. First appointment I was there for over an hour. Second appointment was even more disastrous. The doctor was great though
Had to change our vision care due to change in insurance and so glad we found Vision Source-Lockhart! Loved the Saturday appointments, convince and Dr. Ramos and the staff were nice and friendly! Oh and not to mention the quick turn around for my son's contacts to come in. Way sooner than expected!
I would highly recommend Vision Source for eye care needs. The doctors and staff are very polite and professional. If an issue arises, they are determined to get it resolved to the customer's satisfaction. Also a shout out to the Kyle office. I had to go there on one occasion and they were excellent as well.
