I highly recommend Dr. LW Garnet for any and all orthopedic surgeries. I personally observed his meticulous and methodical surgical expertise hundreds of times as his surgical assistant.
I had a total knee replacement in April and could not be happier. Wish I had done it earlier! Dr. Garnett and his entire staff are wonderful, responsive and caring beyond what I could have dreamed. I highly recommend!

Dr. Garnett and his entire staff are outstanding! They are caring and go over and beyond to assist you in any way possible. Dr. Garnett has performed a total hip replacement and torn meniscus repair just this year and it's been nothing but a pleasure to work with his entire staff. While I've had complications from the operations, Dr. Garnett and his team have been incredibly patient and accessible to assist in my recovery and on going treatment.
He repaired a fractured patella (kneecap) for me and did a great job I was very pleased with him and his staff.
Caring professional who has done both hip replacement and rotator cuff repair with last 3 years. Excellent results. Good listener. Excellent doctor.
Dr. Garnett completed a full knee replacement on me back in January 2016, and the attention I received from him and his staff was unbelievable from the surgery to the recovery process. I will be scheduling my other knee in October 2016. I couldn't of had a better Doctor!! The best in Richmond!
